I was wondering, in the "days" (1950's, etc.) when there was a bad order they would put white paint on the truck, do they still do that?

THey put a light green tag on the car that says "Bad Order Do Not Load".

Yes, I know they do that now, but today I was looking at a brand new passenger car transported by freight to NJT and there was some white paint on the truck. Thats why I was wondering.
