As an Atlanta resident, I agree that Locust Grove, GA is a railfan 'Hot Spot'—but maybe your production people's enthusiasm is a bit much? After appearing in the November 2014 issue, Locust Grove took a break in January 2015, but sure enough, in the February 2015 issue, page 62, the headline up the side was again 'This month: Locust Grove, GA' although, of course, the content was about Belen, NM.
It'd be great to see New Mexico's RailRunner in Locust Grove (a plausible place for commuter rail into Atlanta), but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.
