What happened to SOO Line?

Oh know, there are quite a few SOO units around in white and red. SD40s (white) and SD60Ms (red) are plentiful at times.

The SOO lives...albeit under a very large CP umbrella. Are any units still painted for the Soo? Or will we have to wait to see it ride again, like the Milwaukee unit that was around last year?

They were bought by CP. I don't know what happened from there but CP seems to be the SOO subsidiary seems to have been dissolved and officially a part of CP.

At least their locomotives and rollingstock still exist. I have even seen a caboose in Cambridge Ontario.

Is the SOO Line still in buisness? I haven't seen any SOO Line locomotives or rolling stock in quite awhile.[B)] Thanks, Aric.[;)]
