20 things I wish that I knew about locomotive paint (magazine erratta)

On page 68 of the August issue was a promise that the September issue would teach me 20 things about locomotive paint that I never knew.

I have had no luck whatsoever finding such an article in the September issue. AM I not looking properly?

(edited title to emphasize this is a suspected magazine omission) staff?

No, no…I am pretty sure it’s there, just covered up by graffiti the railroads are too lazy and cheap to remove.

LOL!    SOME of the RR graffiti I actually enjoy.  Like the really big/complex works, that make you wonder how the artist was able to work so long with nobody detecting them and sending the authorities.
