No Whistle Blow Inside The 2014 Train Expo

Just thought I would fill some folks in that The Whistle Shop will not be allowed to have a whistle blow inside the show grounds area for the 2014 Train Expo. Those of you who might know about the Cass Scenic Railroad down south and how they host a whistle blow every year, The Whistle Shop wanted to do a similar set up. But powers beyond our control have sought otherwise. However, we are looking into bringing our own state certified boiler to a location near Train Expo 2014. If you are interested in having a whistle of your own blown on steam at this event, please contact The Whistle Shop of Waterford, Michigan at ( 248 ) 694 - 1952. We are hoping to be in a nearby area within walking distance to where all the steam locomotives will be at. We are currently working on getting the proper permits to put this on. Once confirmed that we will be there in a nearby area, I will let everyone know on here as soon as we find out more about when and where.
