Eola yard improvements???

In one of today's Trains Newswire articles about the new Illinois Amtrak service to begin in 2015...it mentioned there were associated improvements to be made to Eola Yard (here in Aurora, IL) but no details on those improvements was given...does any body know any specifics? Thanks
