'CHICAGO FIRE" TV Episode

All:

I saw the "Chicago Fire" episode filmed at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois.

All of the commuter cars seemed to be of CNW lineage. Can anyone tell how the derailed cars were dragged to create a derailment? The lone tank car seemed out of place (no other freight cars around it) and it did not seem like it was a pressurized car.

Only a railfan would notice such things.

All in all, the episode was very good.

All the CNW BiLevels are of CNW lineage. They used sideboom dozers to move the derailed cars around. My daughter and I were at IRM after the filming was done and saw the sideboom dozers and asked an IRM member what they used them for. IRM also had the same dozers to move the turntable span on their property later on in the summer.
