Who owns it?

I was looking at an old CSX map and I saw that there is a NYS&W route from Syracuse to Binghamton NY. Is this still NYS&W or does it belong to someone else now?

Also, the line that runs from Binghampton and goes east along the Deleware river; is that NS?

NYS&W still runs it, the line along the Delaware is NS, the NYS&W has trackage rights on it.
