Is CSX or NS still operating west of Albany presently? I only heard at least one train(don't know who or in what direction, but it sounded west) in Fredonia during the day today. I am suspicious alot of trains(specifically westbound) is held up on both lines because a majority of their traffic goes to Albany or Jersey.
