Heard on my scanner...some words may be jostled around a bit, but the only lies is the loco number...

Most likely after a call from Union Pacific on a different line, they put 277 down onto the C&M Sub.
The item two is for the construction zone at where the bridge stood over Shurmer. It's been there since July Fourth.
