According to the Port of Stockton's Daily Vessel Log (after the ship departs the port it will no longer be listed), the Overseas Anacortes is due in the port on July 21, 2012 to discharge liquid fertilizer from Texas. I guess it was cheaper to send the load by ship via the Panama Canal than to ship it by rail.
