BNSF genset locomotives

I drove by BNSF Alliance yard in Ft.Worth yesterday and saw two B genset unit locomotives sitting  next to the locomotive servicing track with several of the car body doors open.

Both locomotives have been sitting in the same spot for months with the same doors open. What seems to be the problem/s?
