BNSF Promo train?

Yesterday (Sunday 7-1-10) I saw BNSF ES44DC's # 7459 and 7626 pulling about 15 to 20 streamliner era passenger cars on the line running west from St. Paul MN to Minneapolis. Is BNSF preparing to run a promo train, or is there a maintenence facillity or storage yard for them here that I don't know about? Thanks

You most have seen the office car special. For Top Railroad Executives .
I like NS but CSX has the B&O.
