Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.
Interesting proposal. I wonder if it has BNSF and UP blessing.
OTOH, it must be nice to be a billionaire. As long as he wants 'way more than my monthly mortgage payment for one day on his wandering luxury hotel I'll be content to watch it roll by - assuming that I'm anywhere near the right-of-way when it does.
(I afford Las Vegas by living here - and staying out of the casinos.)
