Why MARC run on weekends and anyone see there double decker cars?

MARC Serves 2 large cities Washington and Baltimore I feel they should run a limited service on weekends. Also does anyone know about there double decker cars.

When the Fereral Government in DC begins mandating a significant level of weekend staffing of all their offices, then it might be economically viable for MARC to operate weekend service.

That will never happen.

If the Govt started weekend work for all staff then NO one will have a weekend

As others have pointed out none of the two commuter railroads serving the Washington, DC area don' t regularly run trains on Saturdays because the business isnt there

MARC's double decker cars are used mostly on their Penn Line trains.
