I have read numerous articles and seen youtube videos on BNSF operations in the US but nothing on it's Canadian operations. Does anyone have any info? Thank you!

BNSF doesn't really go into Canada a whole lot i know they go into Canada from Seattle to New Westminster, B.C but other than that i don't think there's a whole lot of other places where they go up north.

There were also, historically, a number of other GN/BN lines in the B.C. interior reaching north from the border, but they have all been abandoned or short-lined, probably before the BNSF merger.  Apart from a couple of interchanges at the border (such as Coutts/Sweetgrass) there is a very small operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba where BNSF owns a couple of miles of track..  I believe they have arranged for CN to actually haul the cars up from the border, instead of using historic trackage rights.    BNSF keeps an engine in Winnipeg for local switching.
