1 year ago today 9/26 or it was tommorrow 9/27, I joined the trains forum last year.

I noticed I went on my home computer and it says I joined 9/27/08 so i refreshed the page and it said 9/26/08 then I refreshed it again and it said 9/27/08. What's up with that?
