Trolleyville USA - Lake Shore Electric

Whatever happened to the Trolleyville USA fleet, also known as the Lake Shore Electric Railway museum fleet?  Last I heard it was in a warehouse near the Cleveland ballpark.  Is there still a going-concern trolley museum operating?

This wonderful, priceless collection of trolleys is, at last report, in a lakefront warehouse being protected from the weather.  The group who owns them is said to be serious, well-connected, and knows what they're doing.  They are reported to be raising money to build a new carbarn on the lakefront on the Waterfront light rail line.  The head of the Regional Transit Authority is said to be favorable to running the trolleys on RTA tracks in the future.

My guess is that a lack of money is holding things up.  Still, we Cleveland area railfans should be offering up Te Deums that the collection is intact and in Cleveland, when it might easily have been sold off piecemeal.

Still, the LSE website when I saw it last was way outdated.  I wish only good things for this entire enterprise.
