Building collapse kills 11 China rail workers: state media

These workers are building a 150-mph rail line between Shanghai and Jiangsu.

Not really a rail-related incident.  It's just that while working on or for the rail line, they were living in the building - a former factory - that produced alumnium powder - which is what ignited / exploded somehow.
