Railway Channel and Railway World
Posted by xdford on Thursday, November 13, 2008 12:18 AM

 Hi all,

There is a great FREE channel especially for us called www.therailwaychannel.com from which there is also the video magazine called Railway World.

Railway World Part One "City of Truro", "Leander" and "Lord Nelson" all feature in Great Central's steam Gala, there is a look at some of the films to have featured trains with "The Taking of Pelham 123", there's the delightful, and private, "Bredgar and Wormshill Light Railway" and nostalgia from the Leek and Manifold in Staffordshire.

Railway World Part Two There's miniature steam from down under and in this part you can win FIVE of your very own TRC DVDs. Their simple-to-enter competition is open to anybody in the world - and you can check out their collection to choose from by visiting our shop now!

The only catch is they "desperately" need viewers to keep it viable! So please if you have Broadband and especially Firefox browsers then do yourself a favour! Just to note I have no links commercial or otherwise to the organisation... I just think it is worth supporting!

Regards

Trevor
