Sunday's ATSF3751 Steam Special from Los Angeles to San Diego

Here we find the ATSF 3751 and 3 P42s pulling 24 private cars eastbound through Commerce, CA on its way to San Diego.  The cars are all in Los Angeles for the American Association of Private Car Owners Convention in San Pedro, California this week.

I personally witnessed 3751 being moved out of Viaduct Park in San Bernardino, CA in 1986 so that it could be restored.  The unit sure has come a long way since then!

Question:  Is the cab signal equipment in 3751 still active or did they use the trailing AMTRAK'S unit?

I'm not sure if 3751 ever had cab signals, not really a Santa Fe thing.  But she is capable of running over ATS territory.  And the San Deigan/Surfliner line has ATS in effect over several sections.
