General Order 16 for the Clinton Subdivision for the Union Pacific Railroad was placed into effect on the 14th of July 2008. This order explains the last segment of CTC was completed and we now have both CTC and ATC across Iowa. The last control point was placed in service at CPA 131 Tama. another piece of the CNW Has been replaced and /or modified Larry
