BNSF buildings in Amarillo TX

on the east side of Amarillo Texas, right next to I-40, there is a group of buildings with tracks running all around and through them and always around 100 rail cars sitting around there. do any of y'all know what these buildings are for? they seem to be some kind of car repair shops. i drive by them all the time and wonder exactly what they are and why there are always so many rail cars sitting around them.
