If you haven't heard by now, today is the day that the Coast Starlight heads over Tehachapi. The southbound is due into Bakersfield by 1 pm (running 45 minutes late). And the northbound is due to Bakersfield at 3:30pm. Bakersfield is its only valley stop and it will pick up and drop off passengers. And there are still seats available going south.
