No, it is definitely not Roseville. The yard is now surrounded by city. Also, the equipment appears to be BNSF (the rotary snow plow and CWR train are brown and notice the locomotives in the background). I am guessing somewhere in Montana. Throwing a mental dart at the map, I come up with Harve.

Oregon, California or Nevada.
How about Klamath Falls?

Not Truckee or Klamath, but somewhere between. And that unit is still in Santa Fe yellow & blue.
How about Kedee, CA. not sure about the spelling.

Aaaaarrrgh!
Marysville? Westwood?
I'd ask where you've been, but would that spoil future where is its?
Dale got it. It's Westwood, Ca. On the ex WP highline, now owned by the BNSF. Good job.
Westwood is a supriseingly busy place. There is a local based out of there as well as maintainance crews. And while I was there a CWR train was working in the areas and tying up there at night. Plus the 10-12 through trains a day.
