LA Metro Rail - for City Transit Fans
Posted by Erie Lackawanna on Friday, March 21, 2008 2:48 PM

I have posted some recent photographs taken along the Blue Line and Gold Line of Los Angeles Metro Rail.   The first shot is of a Gold Line train heading over the icnonic Garvanza Viaduct on the former Santa Fe 2nd District.

Next, another Gold Line train heads down the middle of nearby Marmion Way.  You could have once seen a Santa Fe PA pulling the Super Chief here.

The following day, I caught this Blue Line train on Washington Blvd.

Now, a soutbound Blue Line train with a little bit of telemash.

And finally, a northbound Blue Line train passing a truly typical, Raymond Chandler-esque Los Angeles bungalow.

Thank you for looking, and if you see any errors, please do not hesitate to let me know.  I truly prefer to be corrected than to have misinformation in the captions.   Kind regards,   Charles
