....Freight Car America Inc..{Hope that is the correct name now}, as reported in late December of closing the Johnstown, Pennsylvania plant is now making some local waves. Sis in Law {in Pa.}, mentions to me this morning something the local word is, workers making angry waves about a pension problem coming out of this move...Possibly, the Co. not following thru with promises....I am not quoting just what is happening, but something is causing local trouble.
Edit: Checked over on a search and it appears there is a question of layoffs to accomplish a Co. objective of pension issues that is causing the problem.
