Day time is just as good though , Catching those big brutes covered in snow rummbling on through the storm with their freight in tow. There is something special about standing outside in the cold snow filled air, watching a steam or diesel train blowing through the snow covered rails. I remember as a youth my first experience watching a PRR GG-1 rolling past the station at Trenton, New Jersey, and how beautiful she looked on that Christmas Day back in 1958.
