CN Operations between Green Bay, WI and Escanaba / Gladstone.MI

Does anyone know the pattern for CN trains north of Green Bay.  I haven't been able to determine if they run 1 train a day in each direction or two.   I've seen some rather long CN trains inbound to Green Bay and then again, I've seen some less than 20 cars. 

 I'm wondering if they run a through train and a local or if there is only one train that does all of the work.   Also, back in the CNW era, they ran GB - Escanaba w/ a turn from Antoine (Iron Mtn) that met the other train at Powers to hand off cars.  Does CN still go west of Powers?

 Any info on any of the CN Ops in the U.P. of MI would be great.
