According to the Deseret News:

Vintage railroad cars will be on display in South Salt Lake on Wednesday [10 October 2007] as part of an effort to educate the public about safety around rail lines.

The cars are being brought to the city by Operation Lifesaver Utah, a nonprofit group with the goal of preventing deaths and injuries at railroad crossings and on railroad properties. Over the past decade, at least 15 people have been killed in Utah as a result of train accidents.

The trains will be on display from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Union Pacific Railroad yard in South Salt Lake, 2280 S. 600 West.
