Working for the FEC

I had thought about trying to hire on with the Florida East Coast Railway. I wasn't able to find anything on their web site pertaining to employement except a number for human resources. Does anyone here work for them or know anyone who does? I'm curious about their hiring process and how often they hire. I hear they are a good company to work for with good pay and benifits. I have a railroad background but some railroads prefer people with no experience. Someone please fill me in I need a little info, thanks.
