Simply because the police/prosecutor are CLAIMING the guy was not a failed suicidal, does not constitute "proof" <br /> <br />What would be ironic is if the guy WAS a failed suicial....and he ultimately gets put to death, getting the wish he didn't have the guts to pursue. <br /> <br />I think they should force the guy to live and make him be the one to take a putty knife and a mop out to crossing gate accidents and clean up the mess,,, his new "second job" for life... THAT would be justice in my book.
