I don't absolutely hate them but I'm not crazy about them. They seem to have some of the worst design features of earlier EMD's and of GE locos. What can one say when the most "exciting" design element are the louvered ventilators?? <br /> <br />Maybe the 7 big roads' paint jobs will evolve in a way that will make that blockiness more acceptable -- or soften the effect of all that right-angle thrust. I hope so! <br />
