I can see by your questions about rebuilt versus new power you are paralized by your past paradigms. (In another time in the business world this was called experience. )You will not be a canidate for promotion as you do not see the "big" picture. It's about the stockholders not efficiently moving freight.

That's the problem with me I guess; if I see a problem with a logical solution, I try to implement it. If it doesn't quite work, I am flexible and revalutate my strategies.

I don't understand why the business world abandoned reason for madness. At least then the greed was logical and admirable in the accomplishment aspect; now its just mechanical/ textbook and without art, ambition or risk . The age of the railroad tycoon has ended I guess.
