Harrison has created a mess at CSX. This has a tremendous effect on the rail industry for a couple of reasons:
- interchange.....delayed trains mean missed connections.
- poor customer service.......hurts the entire rail industry.
Any othe CEO would have been fired for the problems that Harrison has created.
