Why don't railroads advertise?

I must disagree with you Sir, The average citizen would have a very difficult time getting railroads to clean up trash. That happend here in Buffalo Grove Ill. with a couple of home owners over some track panels and old rails left laying about. The city had to interveen to get them picked up. Some Towns and Villages passed ordinance's allowing them to fine railroads for keeping a untidy appearance. All property owners are subject to the same rules. <br /> TIM ARGUBRIGHT
