Ed, Just to let you know. Mr. Rundard said, most of the damage that occurs to these cars is when they are loaded and unloaded. Biggest problem is from nick's caused when the driver's are not careful. Railroads are not charged for this but until the car is inspected in the Parking it is still considerd "In Transit". <br /> TIM A
