I did indeed examine it, but I would have to spend a lot of time with it to draw any conclusions.  But, I do not see a lack of infrastructure as a problem.  What conclusions do you draw from the report?  How do they correlate with your general beliefs about U.S. infrastructure?   Is there some small portion of the report that would lead to an important conclusion?  If anybody has a conclusion about U.S. infrastructure that they have determined from the report, and if they can show the pertinent content, I would gladly check it out.
