<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Yes, I have no way of proving what happened.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I won’t even speculate.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>But I had assumed that the investigation purported to show facts that could be concluded from the evidence.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I did not realize that the investigation draws conclusions as speculation, and then declares them to be fact because they can’t be proven otherwise.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In any case, it is as plain as day that the investigation has drawn a conclusion for which there is no evidence. </span></span></span></p>
