 Thanks Paul. I hadn't thought of the colleges. It might be a kind of expensive prop for a professor's lecture.  I think I'll try GE first, though. I was kinda hoping there was a GE-certified vendor out there that might want it.  I find big companies like GE tend to specialize more in paperwork than profits.

I was thinking more of a lab time item - "Here, people - play around with this and see how much temperature or a temperature rise is needed to set it off - and graph what that signal looks like, etc."
