Help with turnouts

I am finally trying to build my dream O guage layout that was custom drawn (in 2002) and i can't seem to figure out what size (radius?) switches to use. The scale of the drawing looks to have about 3" between the centers of the track.
The drawing asumed Gargraves track would be used.
Any help would be appreciated!

Someone else drew this for you??? If you can, ask them what scale it was drawn to.
