I have an HO Rivarossi 4-6-2 Chippewa that has a can motor. I have been trying to rebuild this loco for a while now. (It's something to do!!) A new motor was installed. I needed a replacement set of wheels and got those back in December. The motor housing is so old that it began to disintegrate. It took me awile but I was able to build my own. Evereything was going great until I damaged the spur gear.
So now I'm asking anyone out there if they have a spur gear they'd like to part with. I've searched nearly every gear manufacturer that exists, eBay, and Hobby Shops near me. Some are so close but none of them will work. See the pictures I downloaded.
