Hi everyone.

A few weeks ago, I subscribed to three forums; Trains magazine forum, Model Railroader forum and Fine Scale Modeler forum. And on those three forums, I have technical problems.

I tried to change the email associated with my account in those three forums but it doesn't work. I then sent an email to customer service and never received any reply.

Then, while scrolling on those three websites, I often encounter notice like 403 FORBIDDEN and other types of errors stuff like that. 

Right now, I can't even access Fine Scale Modeler website and forum.

Am I the only one experiencing all those frustrations? Is there a way to have someone helping me in my request?

I really like all the discussions I have with the great and knowledgeable people that make those three forums alive. It's just that some problems are getting worst every day.
