Hi. I have tried several times to change the email associated with my account on Fine Scale Modeler and Model Railroader but it never works.
Is there someone who can help me?

Nobody can help me? I even sent an email to the authorities but not received a reply yet.
My friend, you are not the only one in this situation. My email address changed several years back due to a move to a different community. I also sent in a request like yours, and never got a reply. Ultimately to resolve the issue I have had to register in the forums as a completely new user with a different screen name.
