I'm new at the Model RR stuff so if my question is stupid please understand. I have a 4x8 HO layout with 2 separate tracks running on 2 different transformers. One loop runs perfectly fine. The other I'm having an issue in a section of the loop. The train runs fine until it gets to this particular section and stops. I check the power with a volt meter and it shows no current. But when I remove the train it shows a current. I used several different engines and the results are the same. Its a section of about 4 tracks including a re-railer. One more thing, I am running just DC not DCC.
