Marking All Topics as "Read"

I am new to the MR forum and would like to mark all of the previous topics and "read" so that if I click on the "Unread" tab, it will only show me the current (for me) unread posts. I have looked around and checked the FAQs and could not find the instructions to do this.

Go to the right side of the screen, scroll down to 'Forum Options' and click 'Mark All Read'.
