Searching for Replacements

Sitting in India, I do not know how I should get two power truck wheel sets for an RSO ( Mehano Technica,YUGOSLAVIA) rs11 Loco (HO Scale).
Recently, I bought an F3A Varney kit thru eBay which lacks the chassis. Although I keep a watch over the eBay, I wish I knew who I could get it from otherwise.
Needless to say I am a novice in the Hobby away from all its stalwarts.

Hello popka!
Greetings from Toledo, Ohio.
Have you tried the Mehano website to look for information?
Their address is www.mehano.si
There is a tab at the top to show the text in English.
I hope this can help you.
Have a good day!
