How to update the email information for my forum account

  • I am trying to update my recorded email address (the one on record is closed) for my trains.com forum membership. The Help FAQ for the forums instructs going into the community settings menu and using the email tab, which does have an "update email" button. But when i hit this it refers me to Kalmbach customer service which has to do with magazine subscriptions and does not have anything about the forums.

Anyone know how to rectify this?

I'd love to give you an answer, but I am searching for one myself. A week or so ago my forum log-in ID was also disabled, apparently due to a server issue which has now been corrected. However at the time I assumed that it was because my log-in email address is no longer valid due to a change in service providers. So I emailed Kalmbach customer service via the forum link with the new information. Their reply was to inform me that because I do not have a magazine subscription #, they cannot locate me in their records. So they were of no help in this instance. Fortunately my old email log-in is working now, but if it ever goes south again I will probably just forget my forum membership.

I have figured out what is wrong with my brain!  On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!
