If the option exists I haven't found it yet.
On the Right side find the "Edit" link next to "Public Profile" - There you can fill in "Location" and other information.

Wow....this was an old post you found....but thanks to you I realized what I wasn't doing correctly (clicking on the word "profile" vs "edit") to access the profile page options.
