Most of the train simulator products that I know of require windows to run, unfortunately. Abracadata's 3D Railroad Master http://www.abracadata.com/3drrmaster-macintosh.html runs on Mac OS 8.0 or higher or in classic mode on OS X. I have never used the product but I believe that it is more of a model railroad simulator then a train simulator. But it does include cab views and the various controls that would exist in a real locomotive.
